Who updates the PMP?

At the very least, it's the project manager, but as far as possible, with the help of project team members.

Why validate the PMP during updates?

This not only ensures that everyone involved in the project shares the same vision and objectives, but also enables us to see where the project stands, estimate the tasks still to be completed and assess the overall trend of the project at a given moment in relation to the initial forecast.
