1. What do I need to update?

All chapters of your project management plan ( PMP) must be updated at the defined frequency and according to the defined rules. For example, we record a planning status at a date D with the initial planning, and comment on the trend. Risk monitoring and response plans are updated, as is the budget. And if any changes or developments have taken place, these are recorded in the project management plan and associated documents.
