Drawing up a project management plan (PMP)

The project management plan (PMP) documents all the actions required to define, prepare, integrate and coordinate all the action plans needed to make the project a success. This sheet explains how to build your project management plan.

The PMP defines how your project will be carried out, monitored and controlled, and carried through to completion, associating the necessary activities and resources. It is validated prior to implementation, and updated (revised) as the project changes and evolves.
