6.1 Be methodical

To reduce the likelihood of overlooking relevant and significant elements, we recommend you follow these tips when drawing up your SWOT analysis and matrix.

• As the organizer of this SWOT analysis, you may find it useful, as a preliminary to teamwork, to start filling in this matrix with a few elements relevant to the object and scope under analysis.
