4. After the crisis: capitalize

After the crisis, a review, also known as a "debriefing", will be organized to see what has been implemented, and to assess whether these actions could have been different, or even more appropriate.

This is the time to gather participants' impressions, list what worked well and what didn't, and suggest solutions for improvement.

The lessons learned are also used to operationalize the crisis management plan, as well as to easily organize training and exercises within your company.

This will enable you to capitalize on your experience and improve your reflex cards.
