1. Create a crisis management plan
When participants gather in a crisis cell, the facilitator asks them to solve a problem within a given timeframe. For example, informing employees of a forthcoming flood (safety issue) and evacuating them to the fallback site, or dealing with a malicious employee (security issue), or when a rumor circulating on social networks forces the players to change their plans.
