6. Our advice

Acts of capitalization must be synchronized with the stages of innovation (search for solutions, new concepts) to ensure the most reliable and detailed memorization possible. As soon as capitalization is out of sync with operational activities, its effectiveness decreases exponentially with the amount of time it takes to get out of sync, resulting in additional work for the players involved.

The growing importance of capitalization activities is a key component of the company's know-how management dynamic, and can therefore be an effective lever for its implementation.

The definition and implementation of capitalization methods and tools must take into account the needs of those involved, since they will then be the first to benefit from their use.
