3. Creating a pilot application
The aim is to test the application of the capitalization structure in the field, to ensure its reliability; in addition, producing case studies enables capitalization to be promoted and deployed on a wider scale.
A pilot application defines activities, deliverables, objective results (in terms of capitalization, documents, information), stakeholders and a schedule.
After selecting a scope that is both demonstrative (pedagogical) and fairly simple (stability of activities, volume and maturity of innovations, natural mobilization of players, etc.), the pilot application can initially consist of the recovery of existing documentation and the restructuring of existing information, before applying the structured capitalization rules defined within the framework of operational activities...
