4. Column arithmetic mean (MAC) pairwise comparison method
Sum the matrix comparisons over the columns.
Take the inverse of these results (note that this step differs from the MAL method).
Normalize the result vector.
This vector is a second approximation of the weights, which differs from the first in the case of an inconsistent matrix. This second result is also sufficient.
