Here's an overview of connected health devices.

2.1 Connected objects Sport and Leisure

Wristbands, clothing, skipping ropes... sports connected objects help to maintain good health or restart physical activity. They can also encourage users to adopt healthier behaviors (virtual coaches). In this category, we can also mention all the tools linked to sleep: measuring your sleep via a sensor under your mattress, gently waking up according to your natural cycles, with light bulbs that simulate daybreak. Withings Sleep Analyzer, for example, lets you track your sleep phases, so you can wake up more gently. Connected watches and rings can also track this data on your phone.
