 INTRODUCTION

Connected health" can be defined as all the technological resources used to promote health and well-being.

The current context is favorable to the emergence of these new tools: an aging population (and care for the elderly), medical deserts in rural areas, or even in cities where emergency services are often overwhelmed, an explosion in chronic diseases (obesity, overweight) requiring regular treatment, problems of compliance or medication errors, and the coronavirus pandemic. All these factors are driving the development of a plethora of connected devices.
