3. Our advice

Gradually make your contacts aware of the need to constantly monitor their environment and gather usable information (reliability, source, anonymization).

Remember to anticipate and take into account the legal mentions of the information collected: copyright, CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), right to reuse data.

Check with pilot participants that they are willing to take part, and that their management is in favor of the approach (or, better still, sponsors it).
