2. Drawing up the specifications for the monitoring software

Your specifications should include several main parts for your monitoring software:

  • the ergonomics and HMI section, which describes the way the software is used, its ergonomics and, where applicable, its graphics. It may seem like a small detail, but well-thought-out ergonomics are a guarantee of safety when carrying out actions and, above all, of productivity;

  • the sourcing section, which describes the sources to be pre-integrated by the monitoring solution, and the sources that can be integrated (sites, pages or batches of pages, RSS, authentication management, newsletters, professional databases, etc.);
