3. Prioritize selection criteria when drawing up watch software specifications

Selection criteria should be prioritized according to the needs expressed by users and the priority objectives of your monitoring system.

Take care to validate the priority of each need expressed. Use a fairly simple scale:

  • accessory ;

  • important ;

  • indispensable.

This will help you sort out what you can do without and what the solution must offer.

When scoring, this will also enable you to select weighting coefficients in line with the level of importance of the features.
