Orient your monitoring system, and therefore your classification plan, according to the reading axes of your recipients, the clients of your monitoring system: this will make it easier to create deliverables that correspond to the organization your clients expect. All you have to do is manage to deal with the technical constraints of your monitoring software solution, so that it becomes less difficult and time-consuming during the content selection phase.
