Set up an "innovation board" (dedicated working group) with three missions:
to act as a committee of wise men, ensuring that its work is consistent with the company's strategy;
manage the overall budget allocated to this portfolio of connections;
each board member sponsors one or two connections and opens the doors internally to the shareholder.
Find an internal "connection" coordinator whose role will be to create a small multi-disciplinary structure grouping together the support functions and tools dedicated to the pilot actions. Its role is to relieve the members of the working group of any tasks that are essential but have no added value in terms of content.
