Order on request
Provisional decision rendered by a judge in a non-adversarial manner in cases where the plaintiff, called the petitioner, is entitled not to call an opposing party (article 493 of Code de procédure civile ). The request is made in a reasoned written document known as a petition. The decision is enforceable "on the basis of the minutes alone", i.e. on presentation of the original (article 495 of Code de procédure civile )....
