11.1 Don't take the judge's authorization as a guarantee of validity

Counterfeit seizures are always carried out at the applicant's own risk. As the judge's decision is based solely on the information provided by the claimant, it is up to the claimant to be complete and precise in his or her requests in order to limit the risk of retraction.
