The "Innovation Management" collection covers all the concepts and approaches required by managers in this context, and more specifically, the issues at stake for their organization, methods for managing the strategic and operational aspects of innovation, including innovation management methods in the context of sustainable development, as well as the related aspects required to master this subject, such as financing, protecting and selling innovation.
