2. Prepare and deploy an LCA in your company

The deployment of LCA in companies must be carefully prepared in order to optimize the various stages of the process.

The first step is to secure the support of management. If the initiative comes from management, no problem. If, on the other hand, the initiative comes from elsewhere, this support is essential to secure the resources, contacts and communication needed to ensure the success of the project. A number of elements must then be specified to define the objectives and scope of the study, such as :
