3. Systematize the use of LCA with a view to continuous improvement

Carrying out an isolated LCA along the lines described in step 2 represents a first step towards an eco-design approach. The results of the study can be used as input for an eco-innovation approach (such as Brézet's Strategy Wheel [FIC 0239] ). However, a genuine eco-design approach to change management needs to integrate LCA more systematically, and to firmly anchor a culture of innovation among designers.
