6. Close and monitor community activities and performance

The "completion" of a community must be "marked". This means:

  • ensure the successful conclusion of the community with the safeguarding and/or transfer of the results;

  • create a closing event to celebrate the community's history.

The closing of a community must be accompanied by :

  • concluding documents summarizing the results, what remains to be done, and the transfer action plan;

  • an information and document base with results, tools and reports produced by the community;

  • feedback for others and for future communities.
