4. Organize your kick-off meeting

The kick-off meeting is a key moment in the community's lifecycle, and conditions its dynamics. The objectives of this meeting are :

  • build the team and launch the community dynamic;

  • share and complete the work animation plan;

  • to launch the collaborative dynamic and initial work.

At the end of this meeting, you should have realized :

  • a validated version of the community charter, the animation plan and the first action plan (action, planning, responsible contributors);

  • the first results of exchanges on the substance of the subjects.

This meeting can take place over a day, or more, depending on the scope and size of the community....
