3. Draw up an annual action plan for your monitoring unit

The watch unit's annual action plan will involve three levels of intervention.

First of all, you need to draw up a list of all the activities you plan to carry out in terms of information gathering, monitoring and research. For each of these activities, you need to specify the client and the target audience, the workload required and the team mobilized, whether in-house or in collaboration with other partners.

Next, we need to identify the modules and training courses to be run for internal audiences. Training courses can be designed according to three formulas and for three trainee populations: initiation, advanced, expert.
