5.1 Don't add stress

Don't add stress to the stress of the crisis by giving free rein to anger, when everyone needs reassurance. The world used to work by conditioning people's behavior. This is no longer the case today, as the younger generations are much less easy to maneuver; it is indeed complicated to get these groups to follow an itinerary if it is not understood and integrated by their own operating systems.
