Your know-how development plan is a set of actions or projects targeting the evolution of your assets. These actions can have the following types of objectives:

  • safeguarding, formalizing and transferring (training, mentoring) existing know-how ;

  • enhancement, promotion, communication ;

  • sharing and reusing know-how ;

  • development through research and acquisitions (patent purchases, recruitment, etc.);

  • defining a subcontracting "policy" ;

  • setting up systems and organizations to drive the development of your know-how;
