The elements of your know-how are :

• business practices (e.g. functional analysis of your products, thermodynamic calculations, materials selection, tips and tricks, patents, etc.);

• Business standards (e.g.: generic functional and/or technological architecture of your products, standard ranges, business glossaries, etc.);

• business rules (e.g.: rules for selecting architectural options, choosing materials, dimensioning, setting parameters for manufacturing ranges, etc.);

• the tools used (e.g. CAD tools, calculation tools, forms, checklists, manufacturing resources, etc.);

• Known risks of malfunction...
