4. Prepare your files

4.1 Project description

The documentation burden can be considerable and time-consuming when applying for subsidies, so it's advisable to prepare your application well in advance, so as to include all the necessary documents. In addition to a clear description of your project (two to three pages maximum), you may also want to include a summary of your project, which will enable you to prepare your language.

This description should enable an uninitiated audience to understand your project.
