8. Mistakes to avoid
8.1 Don't neglect the selection of your working group members
Including managers in the working group can stifle the creative potential of other members at lower levels of the hierarchy. Similarly, assess in advance the interest of the people selected in environmental issues, as the participation of someone who is resistant to these (relatively) new design parameters can lead to the failure of the initiative. In general, choose members so that they all feel comfortable and can express their creativity to the fullest.
