7. Our advice

7.1 Adapt the creativity session to your needs and constraints

If you have time and the members of your working group are available, it may be a good idea to split the creativity session into two separate meetings. The first meeting will include the introduction and the divergent phase, while the second will be devoted to the convergent phase. This will allow you to classify and group the ideas generated in the divergent phase outside of the meetings, thus saving time during the session, whether in the divergent or convergent phase. You will also be able to prepare for the second meeting based on the results of the first (time allocated to reviewing each idea, materials, etc.). However, do not leave more than a few days between the two meetings.
