3. Implement the introductory and awareness-raising session

3.1 Prerequisites

Setting up the working group. The working group must have enough members to cover the best possible knowledge of the product, but their number must also be small enough to optimize discussions. Between 6 and 10 people is a good compromise. Having a mix of professions (R&D, Engineering, Sales, etc.) also greatly enriches the discussions. In terms of facilitation and support for eco-innovation, the participation of two people (a facilitator and a secretary) allows for effective management of the group.
