5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Do not send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to yourself (or even to a trusted person).

Although this is the most flexible and economical method, it should not be used, as its probative value is extremely low. The existence of the contents of the envelope can always be contested, as they can easily be replaced without leaving a trace.
