1. What is a management system?

A management system is a set of procedures, instructions and operating modes that an organization has decided to follow to achieve its objectives.

In some small organizations, you don't necessarily need a documented system in place, but everyone knows the "in-house" procedures to be implemented.

This approach, which aims to systematize the operating procedures to be followed, constitutes what is known as a management system.

Some companies and consultants tend to think that a management system is intended for the certification auditor. To this end, the system meets the content imposed by the standard and is generally structured in the image of the standard.
