5. Our advice

5.1 Link the requirements of listening to interested parties to the other elements of your quality management system, and in particular to the question of performance.

For the application of your quality management system to be effective, it is essential that it is coherent as a system, i.e. that its various elements are compatible with each other, and moreover drive each other to achieve the expected performance results.
