1. What are the requirements of ISO 9001:2015?

In the context of a quality management system, the term "interested party" refers to any person or organization that may affect, be influenced by or consider itself influenced by the company's activities and decisions (see Definition in ISO 9000:2015).

In short, they can include all players in the company's economic, social, political and technological environment, including customers, owners or shareholders, employees, suppliers, institutions, banks, insurance companies, unions, competitors, pressure groups, etc.
