4. The different orange juices

Food safety and quality are essential consumer requirements. Only the application of high-level technology, in a controlled environment, can ensure these two parameters.

While consumers spontaneously perceive sensory and economic quality, the information they receive makes them aware of nutritional and hygienic quality. These qualities, which are the subject of most food regulations, guarantee safety in nutritional, microbiological and sanitary terms.

  • Manufacturers wish to guarantee their products against contamination, the consequences of which can be dramatic (dioxin, Listeria, Creutzfeld-Jakob disease...). The multiplication of allergy risks often leads to the withdrawal of products imposed by public authorities.

    Agri-food companies are therefore obliged to deal with one-off or long-term...
