2. Identify whether your facilities fall within the scope of the declaration

The installations concerned are certain facilities subject to the authorization regime, some of which have thresholds deriving from the European IPPC directive ( Directive 2008/1/CE du 15 janvier 2008 ).

To check whether your facilities fall within the scope of application, please refer to Appendix I a of arrêté du 31 janvier 2008 . If you have any doubts about the scope of application, contact the Classified Installations Inspectorate....
