2. What are the differences between A and A Seveso facilities?

2.1 Administrative procedures

The administrative procedures for the simple authorization and the simple authorization with "Seveso" are the same: in both cases, the authorization application file to be submitted is a simple authorization file, including an impact study and a hazard study.

However, the content of the hazard study is adapted to the specific risks of the facility (for example, it includes a description of the safety management system).
