4. Regulatory non-compliance

It is possible that a documentary inspection and/or a site visit may reveal non-compliance with the operating conditions laid down by prefectoral or ministerial decree, whatever the administrative regime concerned (authorization, registration, declaration). However, priority is still given to facilities subject to authorization. Following this inspection, "administrative follow-up" or even "penal follow-up" may be initiated. In the case of DC facilities, major non-conformities may be detected by the periodic inspection body.
