Depending on the results of your search, either your :

• is not a classified facility (in which case you will be subject to the departmental health regulations);

• is subject only to the declaration system (you must submit a declaration file);

• is subject to registration, with or without activities subject to declaration (a registration file must be submitted);

• is subject to authorization, with or without sections subject to declaration and/or registration (in which case you'll need to submit an authorization application).
