3.1 Traditional MCO model
The missions entrusted to technical and logistical support are implicitly intertwined in a robust context of operational maintenance and systems obsolescence management. In this context, "obsolescence" and "shortage" are locks that absolutely must be mastered, otherwise the maintained system and the associated service guarantee will be jeopardized.
