Dangerous products

These are substances or mixtures of substances which present hazard statements according to the classification rules of the CLP regulation (physical hazards, health hazards, etc.). This hazard information is contained in product safety data sheets. The manufacture, use and storage of hazardous products are covered by the nomenclature of classified installations (some headings 1,000 and 4,000).

Equipment (ICPE sense)

This refers to equipment used on industrial sites which, during operation, may present a nuisance or hazard to the environment. They are listed in the nomenclature of classified installations (mainly headings 2,000; for example: boilers and combustion installations, battery chargers, etc.).
