4. Know how to communicate self-monitoring results to management

Your obligations as an operator do not end with the performance of self-monitoring measurements.

You must regularly report the results of these measurements to the environmental inspectorate. The regularity of this communication is laid down in your authorization order.

As of January 1 2015, arrêté ministériel du 28 avril 2014 requires you to send this information electronically. Unless technically impossible, self-monitoring results must be transmitted electronically via the Ministry's dedicated website.
