5.1 Contact your inspector if thresholds are exceeded
Self-monitoring relies primarily on the trust placed in the operator. You must therefore report your results regularly to the Classified Installations Inspectorate, and comment on them in a pertinent manner, particularly in the event of anomalies. As soon as you notice that a "significant" threshold has been exceeded, it is essential to notify the Classified Installations Inspectorate as soon as possible.
