5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Do not forget to inform the committee.

You are required to inform the commission of any incidents or accidents that occur during the operation of your facility and, in the case of a waste disposal CSS, of any modifications made.

If you abstain, you run the risk of creating a relationship of suspicion, which, in terms of ICPE regulations, may result in inspections carried out by the departmental prefect (the police prefect in Paris) and a tightening of the technical requirements set out in your authorization order.
