2. Draw up a declaration or authorization file

The contents of authorization and declaration files are defined respectively by articles R. 214-6 and R. 214-32 of Code de l’environnement . The declaration and authorization files are identical, but the procedure differs considerably.

The file includes :

• your name, address and SIRET number for companies;

• the site on which the installation, work or activity is to be carried out;

• the nature, consistency, volume and purpose of the proposed work, installation, work or activity, as well as the nomenclature heading(s) under which it is to be classified;
