What is the relationship between TDG regulations and ICPE regulations?
These are two separate regulations. The first deals with the potential risks involved in transporting dangerous goods, while the second defines procedures for facilities classified for environmental protection, which may present risks to the environment.
Nevertheless, it is clear that the vast majority of structures are affected by both regulations.
What is the relationship between TDG regulations and chemical product regulations (GHS/CLP – REACh – Biocides –...)?
Once again, these are quite separate regulations, but there is a link with the new GHS/CLP regulations on the classification, labeling and packaging of chemicals and mixtures.
