8.1 Do not neglect the weatherproofing and environmental protection of outdoor equipment

Outdoor charging stations are exposed to harsh weather conditions (rain, freezing temperatures, UV rays, dust). Installing equipment originally designed for covered garages or lacking sufficient corrosion protection leads to chronic electronic failures and premature aging of the plastic housing due to sun exposure.
