2.1 Innovation is above all a question of behavior

There can be no innovation without innovative behavior, i.e. both the expression of a difference and the ability to introduce it into social practice.

Before examining the extreme diversity of novelty in the innovation phenomenon, it is essential to take this "introduction of change" dimension into account. It is often neglected in a systemic approach to the innovation process, particularly in the French context, which is highly specific by international standards.
