Conclusion

Digitizing the correlation between state of mind and performance turns mutual trust into a production factor. This creates a new economic model closer to the contemporary real world, since one of its key elements - mindset - can finally be taken into account (Box 7).

Today's solutions for dealing with the complexity arising from "doing more and better with less" take into account the knowledge present in people's heads at all hierarchical levels. They take for granted the fluid circulation of information and knowledge, the involvement of stakeholders, the willingness to listen and the willingness to pass on. But this can't be ordered. It's a matter of trust. Modern society, with its increasingly complex processes, needs to be able to take trust into account if it is to understand, anticipate and survive. We're talking about a new economic model.
